Sewing lines
Our factories holds enough industrial overlock and lockstitch sewing machines for our expert personnel to produce the most intricate designs as efficiently as possible. We apply our internal inspection process to ensure final products meet the highest quality standards.
Down-filling machinery
Our down-filling machinery allows precise control of the weight of material injected into each garment section. We produce high-quality down jackets to maximize warmth and mobility.

Laser-cutting
Our laser-cutting machinery allows us to cut technical fabrics with high precision, maximizing the use of fabrics and sealing each section’s edges simultaneously. It also enables us to reproduce pattern pieces as effectively as possible for mass production.
Seam sealing
Our multiple seam-sealing machines enable us to produce some of the outerwear and apparel industry’s best-quality waterproof outerwear. To ensure optimal adherence and long-lasting sealed seams required in performance outerwear, seam-sealing machine temperatures are calibrated by our expert technicians.
Waterproof testing
Seam-sealing material adherence is thoroughly tested in our factory to meet waterproof design requirements. Quality control is at the heart of operations at our factories.
Fabric inspection machine
To ensure high-quality materials enter our manufacturing process, we run random inspections of 10 % of each customer’s fabric rolls for flaws or irregularities. Sensors and cameras detect imperfections, allowing operators to address issues before production.
Pattern-cutting machinery
The technical development department inside our factory produces patterns using a high-precision digital plotter for pattern-cutting. This is the most efficient way to generate patterns matching your design’s specifications.
